About the Download Manager

The Download Manager is a program to download electronic newspapers, or e-papers, as soon
as they become available. Simply install the Download Manager and check the publications
you want to receive. When C&S Publishing posts a new e-paper, the Download Manager
automatically goes out to the Internet and fetches it for you. No more emails
filling up your Inbox or manually checking the website!
